Current Research

  • Supervisor: James Danckert
  • Research Lab: The Danckert Attention and Action Group
  • Concussion and Motor Control. I conduct visiomotor research investigating the effects of past concussion on on-line motor control. The task involves pointing at moving targets presented on a touch screen computer. If you have a past history of concussion, and are interested in participating, see the poster, and please contact me.

Other Interests

At left you will find menu links to free software and free music. That's free as in freedom or liberty, not necessarily price. The current state of copyright encourages draconian hording of information and culture, and hampers the very human creative nature to share and build off one-another's ideas. Fortunately, beginning with the Free Software community in the '80s, and the Free Culture and Open Access communities of present, people are beginning to recognize the problem and are finding ways to work around the restrictive system. Not only are sharing ideas and working collaboratively better for distributing culture and innovation, but they also lead to extremely efficient creation. As a result, a mass of the best software tools, culture and ideas are rapidly becoming available to all humanity via the Internet.
