25th Annual Philosophy Graduate Student Conference

March 8-9, 2018

Keynote Speaker: Dr. Serife Tekin (Daemen College, NY)

Submission Deadline: December 30, 2017

We welcome high quality submissions from graduate students working in all areas and traditions. Given Dr. Tekin’s work, the conference’s theme will be “the self,” broadly construed. Special consideration will be given to papers in the areas feminist philosophy of science, philosophy of psychology and psychiatry, philosophy of mind, cognitive science, disability and bioethics.

Papers must be prepared for blind review and should include, on a separate cover sheet, the following information:

  • Paper title
  • Author’s name and institutional affiliation
  • E-mail address
  • Word count
  • A short abstract

Submissions should be between 3000 and 4000 words. Please e-mail your submissions in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format to pgsa@uwaterloo.ca.
