Not all of these topics will be assigned and all are encouraged to suggest topics of particular interest.  Topics will be assigned on a “first-come-first-served” basis.

Your briefing should aim to ensure that we all have a common understanding of the important events relevant to your topic and any controversy in the historiography.  The briefing should take no longer than 15 minutes and will more often than not be conducted on site.
